Ingredients

2 lb
chicken cooked-shredded, diced or whatever
2 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
4 oz
can of chopped green chiles.
1 can(s)
evaporated milk
1
chopped onion
1/2 lb
grated cheese-cheddar,jack,colby or mixture
1 pkg
corn tortillas

How to Make Chicken Sopa

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix soup, chilis, and evaporated milk together.
    Soften tortillas (either in) chicken broth or chicken boullion cube in hot water.
  • 2In 9x13 pan, lay 6 of the tortillas in bottom. Do a layer of chicken, cover with some soup mixture, then layer onion, then cheese. Repeat layering and end with cheese.
  • 3350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
