4 ozcan of chopped green chiles.
1 can(s)evaporated milk
1/2 lbgrated cheese-cheddar,jack,colby or mixture

How to Make Chicken Sopa
- Mix soup, chilis, and evaporated milk together.
Soften tortillas (either in) chicken broth or chicken boullion cube in hot water.
- In 9x13 pan, lay 6 of the tortillas in bottom. Do a layer of chicken, cover with some soup mixture, then layer onion, then cheese. Repeat layering and end with cheese.
- 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
