While not normally a huge sloppy joe fan myself, some of my kids are. Well, after trying this recipe, I have to give Sheila kudos - It tastes great! This recipe is a real winner, not just for the flavor but also for how easy it is to prepare. Prepared and on the table in 15 minutes!

1 smallgreen bell pepper
8 ozcan tomato sauce
1 Tbspbrown sugar
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce for chicken
1 Tbsp/red wine vinegar
1/2 tspdry mustard
3 can(s)chunk style chicken 15oz, drained
1 cmixed italian shredded cheese
How to Make Chicken Sloppy Joes
- In microwave safe 3 qt. casserole dish, combine 1 Tbsp salad oil, pepper and onion chopped fine.
- Cook on high 3 min. stirring once. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, sugar and Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and mustard until blended.
- Cook on high 2 minutes add chicken stir to combine, add cheese cook 2 minutes longer or until bubbly, serve on six sandwich buns.
- Be prepared with another batch to slip in Microwave as soon as your team wins! serve with green grapes just to look pretty!
