was wanting something just a little different from what we have been eating.. i had a bowl of leftover mashed potaotes.. some string beans in freezer as well as chicken tenders....got a meal... it is in the oven right now

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    french cut green beans,drained well
  • 1 medium
    onion,chopped,carmalized in 1 t butter
  • 6-8
    chicken tenders,in bite size pieces,seasoned with old bay
  • 1 1/2 c
    thick chicken gravy
  • 2 c
    leftover mashed potatoes
  • ·
    dried chives

How to Make chicken shepherds pie

Step-by-Step

  1. sprat a 9 in pie plate with nonstick spray put beans in bottom,then add onion
  2. in same pan onion was cooked in cook chicken til one longer pink then layer that over onios
  3. in same pan make chicken gravy add over chicken
  4. next layer potatoes over gravy sprinkle chives on top
  5. bake at 350 for 35 min check if need be bake 10 min more ya want potatoes nice and brown and crunchy
