- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 ounces olive oil
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1 stick butter

How To Make chicken scampi

Step 1Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.

Step 2Coat chicken flour by shaking in bag.

Step 3Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.

Step 4Saute chicken until browned.

Step 5Add butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.

Step 6Sprinkle lemon juice and cover tightly to steam.
