How to Make Chicken Scampi
- Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
- Coat chicken flour by shaking in bag.
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Saute chicken until browned.
- Add butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Sprinkle lemon juice and cover tightly to steam.
- Simmer on low for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve over hot cooked angel hair pasta or rice.
