Ingredients
- 2 cups tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, pitted and cut in half
- 3 - green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 4 large chicken cutlets
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 teaspoon each sea salt and cracked black peooer
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Step 1In bowl combine tomatoes,olives, green onions, oil, basil and feta cheese stir and set aside

Step 2Coat chicken cutlets in flour,,in large frying pan heat the oil over medium high heat, cook in to batched until chicken is browned, crisp and cooked through. Place chicken on serving plates and top each one with the salsa. great served with crusty garlic bread, to mop up the sauce instead of licking the plate...yum
