Ingredients
- 5 pounds chicken pieces
- 12 mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 onions, cut into quarters
- 2 green bell peppers, sliced in rings
- 5 garlic cloves, chopped
- 6 sage leaves, fresh
- 2 tablespoons rosemary
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- salt and freshly ground pepper
How To Make chicken saute

Step 1Saute the chicken in oil until golden.

Step 2Add mushrooms, garlic, onions, pepper, sage and rosemary.

Step 3Saute until veggies start to soften.

Step 4Add salt, pepper and wine.

Step 5Simmer on low heat about 25 minutes.

Step 6If wine and vegetable juices start to evaporate while cooking add chicken broth.
