green bell peppers, sliced in rings

garlic cloves, chopped

sage leaves, fresh

rosemary
1/4 c
dry white wine
salt and freshly ground pepper

How to Make Chicken Saute

Step-by-Step

  • 1Saute the chicken in oil until golden.
  • 2Add mushrooms, garlic, onions, pepper, sage and rosemary.
  • 3Saute until veggies start to soften.
  • 4Add salt, pepper and wine.
  • 5Simmer on low heat about 25 minutes.
  • 6If wine and vegetable juices start to evaporate while cooking add chicken broth.
