Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 large potatoes, sliced
- 3 - 4 - sausage, sliced diagonally 1/2 inch thick
- 1 medium onion, sliced thinly
- 1 cup chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup campbell chicken soup
- 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
- 1 small red bell pepper cut into strips
How To Make chicken-sausage potato-broccoli in skillet

Step 1In a skillet, fry potatoes in oil. Place in paper towel and set aside.

Step 2In the same skillet, fry sausage. Set aside.

Step 3Still using the same skillet, saute onion and chicken breast chunks.

Step 4Add water and chicken sauce. Mix gently. Simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.

Step 5Add pre-fried potatoes and sausage. Stir in broccoli. Simmer for another 3 minutes or until potatoes and broccoli florets are cooked.

Step 6Add red bell pepper. Simmer for another minute.

Step 7Serve hot with rice.
