Ingredients
- 3 medium celery-stalks
- 2 large onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons evoo
- - saute over med heat till all is soft add 2tablespoons flour stir tii looks burnt pour in beer
- 1 bottle miller-light beer, stir till thickens,
- 1 box chicken-stock
- 4 large cooked chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 3 cans mushroom pieces
- 1whole package link-sausge cut in small slices
- 2 cans gumbo-style ocra & tomato's
- 2-3 teaspoons salt & pepper
- teaspoon to every bowl, add filet of gumbo spice at end of cooking
- - louisiana hot susace served with every bowl

Step 1simmer on medium heat till you can shred chicken apart with fork. add chicken stock to keep thinned downed---Gumbo should be thin & dark! about 1hr--serve----mmuumm good! serve over rice!!!
