    chicken, boiled and deboned, save broth
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    celery,chopped
  • 1
    bell pepper, chopped
  • 1
    pod garlic, minced
  • 6 can(s)
    tomato soup
  • 3 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    chicken broth
  • ·
    mushrooms
  • ·
    green onion tops
  • ·
    parsley
  • ·
    spaghetti for serving

How to Make Chicken Sauce Piquant

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oil, add flour and make a brown roux. Add seasonings and saute.
  2. Add 1 cup broth along with soups. Cook one hour. Add chicken, mushrooms, green onions, parsley. Cook until chicken is heated through.
  3. Serve over spaghetti.
