- 1 - chicken, boiled and deboned, save broth
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery,chopped
- 1 - bell pepper, chopped
- 1 - pod garlic, minced
- 6 cans tomato soup
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- - mushrooms
- - green onion tops
- - parsley
- - spaghetti for serving

Step 1Heat oil, add flour and make a brown roux. Add seasonings and saute.

Step 2Add 1 cup broth along with soups. Cook one hour. Add chicken, mushrooms, green onions, parsley. Cook until chicken is heated through.
