Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 can mandarin oranges (15 oz) drained
- 4 - green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 3 - celery stalks, chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make chicken salad

Step 1Boil chicken breasts. When cool, chop or shred.

Step 2Mix cooked chicken in bowl with all ingredients.

Step 3Serve as sandwich on bread or with crackers of choice. We like garlic bagel chips and garlic triscuits.
