I found this recipe on food.com. This is a very easy chicken salad recipe. Serve it on croissant rolls and it is a perfect lunch. My guests really loved it.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 3 cups chopped celery
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped, including the green tops
- 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
- 2 1/2 cups red or green seedless grapes, cut in half
- - salt, to taste
- - pepper, to taste
- - cayenne pepper, to taste
