I created this for a little different taste and to spice it up a bit, everyone who eats it loves it..Hope you do also....

Ingredients
- 2 lg cans cut up chicken ( i get it from dollar general)
- 1/4 cup sweet relish ( if i'm out of relish, i take bread and butter pickles and dice finely)
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 1/2 cups hellmen's mayonnaise or your choice
- 4 large hard boiled eggs
- 1 cup diced celery ribs or the heart of the stalk
- 1 1/4 tablespoons tony cachere's creole seasoning powder
- 1 large onions, vidalia, peeled & finely diced
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt and pepper

How To Make chicken salad

Step 1Put the 4 eggs on to boil and drain the chicken

Step 2meanwhile dice the onion and celery

Step 3put drained chicken and onions and celery, and relish in large plastic refrigerate storage bowl and mix throughly

Step 4when eggs are done drain and place in bowl of icewater to cool, makes then easy to peel and no gray spots on yolks, when cool and peeled dice and add to other ingredients in bowl, mix and seasonings and mayo and mustard and mix til everything mixed and well coated.. Then make sandwiches or chicken salad in tomatoes and serve...and enjoy.....
