Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise (do not substitute)
- 2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, opt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 - 6 - croissants
How To Make chicken salad

Step 1Mix all ingredients together well and put on croissants. I use canned chicken many times instead of chicken breasts so it is your preference. DELISH!
