Ingredients
- - 1/3 cup flour
- - 1 tsp. salt
- - 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken cut in pieces
- - 4 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- - 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
- - 3/4 cup sugar
- - 1/4 cup chopped onion
- - 1 tsp. orange peel
- - 3/4 cup orange juice
- - 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- - 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
How To Make chicken ruby

Step 1Mix flour and salt on a plate and dredge chicken pieces in the mixture.

Step 2. In skillet over medium heat, brown chicken in melted butter, turning pieces once. Mix the remaining ingredients in a pan. Bring to a boil and pour mixture over chicken. Cover and simmer for 35 to 40 minutes or til chicken is tender. Makes 4 servings.
