This is one of our family's favorites - kids & grands alike! Simple & easy, too. Had one friend ask to share my recipe in her school cookbook instead of one of her own...I was so honored! She calls it "comfort food" & I agree! Hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces wide noodles
- 1 can rotel (use mild for less spicy)
- 1 stick butter (real butter is better)
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can chunk white chicken (or leftover chicken)
How To Make chicken rotel

Step 1Boil noodles. While noodles are cooking, mix together other ingredients to simmer on low. When noodles are done, mix with the sauce, serve & EAT! How simple is that!!
