This is one of our family's favorites - kids & grands alike! Simple & easy, too. Had one friend ask to share my recipe in her school cookbook instead of one of her own...I was so honored! She calls it "comfort food" & I agree! Hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces wide noodles
  • 1 can rotel (use mild for less spicy)
  • 1 stick butter (real butter is better)
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can chunk white chicken (or leftover chicken)

How To Make chicken rotel

  • Step 1
    Boil noodles. While noodles are cooking, mix together other ingredients to simmer on low. When noodles are done, mix with the sauce, serve & EAT! How simple is that!!
