Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 3 ounces cream cheese, with chives
- 3/4 cup butter, divided
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 4 ounces stems & pieces mushrooms, drained
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup nuts, finely chopped
- 2/3 cup stuffing mix, finely crushed
- SAUCE:
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- - lemon juice, to taste
How To Make chicken rolls

Step 1Preheat oven 325.

Step 2Cream together cream cheese, pepper and 1/4 cup butter. Fold in chicken and mushrooms. Place 1/4 cup of mixture on each roll, then roll-up and seal.

Step 3Combine stuffing mix and nuts in a bowl; set aside.

Step 4Dip rolls in 1/2 cup melted butter, then roll in the stuffing mixture. Bake for 25 minutes.

Step 5Heat the sauce ingredients in a double boiler and then pour over the chicken rolls.
