1In a food processor blend cornflakes,2 T. parmesan, poultry seasoning,sage, parsley,and pepper. Pour mixture into a pie pan or shallow bowl. Set aside.
2Add cream cheese, minced onions,garlic,2 T. parmesan blend till smooth.
3Flatten Chicken to 1/2" thickness. Spread cream cheese mixture on each piece of chicken. Layer spinach, deli ham slice, and tomato slices on each breast. Fold over sides of chicken and tuck ends; secure with toothpicks.
4Melt Margarine in a shallow dish. dip chicken in margarine and then coat with cornflake mixture.
5Place in a 3 qt baking dish. Bake at 350^ for 45-55 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
