Ingredients
- 6 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 6 - deli ham sliced thin
- 1/2 box cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups corn flakes
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tablespoon minced onions
- - fresh spinach
- - grape tomatoes, sliced
How To Make chicken roll-ups

Step 1In a food processor blend cornflakes,2 T. parmesan, poultry seasoning,sage, parsley,and pepper. Pour mixture into a pie pan or shallow bowl. Set aside.

Step 2Add cream cheese, minced onions,garlic,2 T. parmesan blend till smooth.

Step 3Flatten Chicken to 1/2" thickness. Spread cream cheese mixture on each piece of chicken. Layer spinach, deli ham slice, and tomato slices on each breast. Fold over sides of chicken and tuck ends; secure with toothpicks.

Step 4Melt Margarine in a shallow dish. dip chicken in margarine and then coat with cornflake mixture.

Step 5Place in a 3 qt baking dish. Bake at 350^ for 45-55 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
