Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 3 - eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup bread crumbs, dry
How To Make chicken rice pyramids

Step 1Mix everything together except butter and bread crumbs. Chill. Form into 12 cone shaped mounds. Dip in butter then crumbs. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 until golden. Serve with gravy.
