Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 3 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 3 - eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup bread crumbs, dry

How To Make chicken rice pyramids

  • Step 1
    Mix everything together except butter and bread crumbs. Chill. Form into 12 cone shaped mounds. Dip in butter then crumbs. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 until golden. Serve with gravy.
