Ingredients

3 cchicken, cooked and cubed

1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup

3/4 can(s)hellman's mayo

2 1/2 crice, cooked

1 Tbsponion, grated

1 Tbsplemon juice
-
4 ozcan mushrooms
-
2 cfrosted flakes, divided
-
3 Tbspbutter, melted
-
1 pkgslivered almonds
-
1 ccelery diced
How to Make Chicken & Rice Casserole
- Mix chicken, soup, may, rice, onion, celery lemon juice, mushrooms, 1 cup Frosted Flakes and almonds. (you can use a bit more or less Frosted Flakes and/or Rice). It should not be dry.
- Spread in 9x13 pan. Mix 1 cup Frosted Flakes and butter. Sprinkle on top.
- Bake 15 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
