Ingredients
- 3 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 can hellman's mayo
- 2 1/2 cups rice, cooked
- 1 tablespoon onion, grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 ounces can mushrooms
- 2 cups frosted flakes, divided
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 package slivered almonds
- 1 cup celery diced
How To Make chicken & rice casserole

Step 1Mix chicken, soup, may, rice, onion, celery lemon juice, mushrooms, 1 cup Frosted Flakes and almonds. (you can use a bit more or less Frosted Flakes and/or Rice). It should not be dry.

Step 2Spread in 9x13 pan. Mix 1 cup Frosted Flakes and butter. Sprinkle on top.

Step 3Bake 15 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
