Chicken & Rice Casserole
2 ccooked chicken; chopped
1 can(s)(10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cuncooked minute white rice
1 can(s)(15 oz) cut green beans; drained
1 can(s)(4 oz) mushroom stems and pieces
1 cshredded white cheddar cheese
1 can(s)(2.8 oz) french fried onions
How to Make Chicken & Rice Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large saucepan add the milk and mushroom soup, heat on low heat, stir continously, turn off when starts to steam; remove from burner
- Add the chicken, rice, green beans, mushrooms, 1/2 cup of the cheese and 1/2 the can of french fried onions. Stir together and pour into casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and remaining 1/2 can of french fried onions on top.
- Bake uncovered 40 min.
