10 ozfrozen broccoli
1/2 cchopped onion
1/2 cchopped celery
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
4chicken breast cooked
1 cgrated swiss cheese
1 cgrated cheddar cheese
1small box long grain and wild rice
How to Make Chicken Rice Casserole
- Saute onions and celery until tender.
Cook rice according to box directions.
Cook chicken and cut into small pieces.Cook broccoli.
You can use fresh broccoli instead of frozen. You can also use precooked baked or roasted chicken to save prep time.
Just make sure everything is precooked.
- Layer in a casserole dish starting with the rice.
Layer broccoli, onoins and celery, chicken.
Mix soups together and then spread on top.
Mix cheeses together and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
