    cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
  • 1 c
    celery, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    onions, diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 2 c
    cooked rice or noodles
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 c
    crushed saltine crackers
  • 1/2 c
    slivered almonds
  • 1/4 c

How to Make Chicken-Rice-Almond Casserole


  1. Combine first 8 ingredients. Pour in casserole dish.
  2. Combine crackers, almonds and butter and sprinkle on top.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
