Ingredients

  • 4 - chicken breasts, boneless, skinless and cubed
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 - eggplant, peeled and chopped
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 small zucchini, sliced
  • 1 - green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 - garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

How To Make chicken ratatouille stew

  • Step 1
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
  • Step 2
    Pour into 3-1/2 to 4 quart crockpot.
  • Step 3
    Cover; cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
