Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, grilled
- 6 slices bacon, cooked, crisp
- 1 medium tomato,diced
- 1 cup colby/jack cheese, or pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups salsa of your choice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make chicken quesidillas

Step 1Season chicken breast with seasoning salt, pepper, grill. Cut into strips. On 1st tortilla layer chicken strips, diced tomatoes,bacon cheese. Top with 2nd tortilla, cook on a griddle or grill-both sides until the cheese is melted, and the tortillas are browned on both sides.

Step 2Cut into 4 slices, serve with salsa and sour cream. Enjoy! To spice things up, season the chicken breasts with cayenne pepper.
