Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken breast
- 2 packages real bacon bits, i get the ones at kroger for salads
- 2 - green peppers
- 1 bottle ranch dressing
- - onion powder or one chopped small onion your preference
- 1 package soft tortilla shells
- 1 package mexican blend shredded cheese
How To Make chicken quesadillas

Step 1cook chicken breast until tender, then shred it up. I like to put my chicken in the crock pot and cook it all day while I am at work that way it is ready when I get home.

Step 2chop up green peppers and onion if you are using it.

Step 3put chicken, bacon green peppers and onion if you are using it in a skillet and cook it for about 10 min or so. if you are using onion powder just add to taste. after about 10 min add ranch dressing until moist.

Step 4butter one side of a tortilla shell and place it butter side down in a warm skillet add chicken mix, top with shredded cheese.

Step 5let tortilla shell crisp then fold it over and remove from pan. cut and enjoy.
