I MAKE THESE FOR MY FAMILY ALL THE TIME. SOMETIMES WITH HAM SOMETIMES JUST CHEESE....THIS IS THE ONE THAT SEEMS TO B THE ONE THAT IS REQUESTED MORE :)

  • 1 package tortillas, burrito size
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2-3 cups cheddar n monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup salsa
  • - sour cream n sliced avacados, optional topping

How To Make chicken quesadillas

  • Step 1
    HEAT UP LARGE SAUTE PAN.
  • Step 2
    ON TOP OF ONE TORTILLA SCATTER SOME SHREDDED CHEESE 1/4 CUP (THIS IS UR GLUE) THEN SCATTER CHICKEN ABOUT 1/2 CUP THEN SPOON AROUND SOME SALSA 1/4 CUP THEN LAST TOP WITH 1/4 CUP MORE CHEESE N TOP WITH ANOTHER TORTILLA.
  • Step 3
    IN HOT PAN PLACE FILLED TORTILLA....CAREFULLY! LET BROWN N MELT CHEESE 2 MINUTES...THEN WITH SPATULA FLIP CAREFULLY SO NO INGREDIENTS FALL OUT N COOK ANOTHER 2 MINUTES.
  • Step 4
    REMOVE TO PLATE CUT INTO FOUR PIECES N TOP WITH SOUR CREAM N AVACADO SLICES N....ENJOY :)
