Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
- 3 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 3 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
How To Make chicken purses.

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a lg cookie sheet w/ cooking spray. Divide rolls into 4 squares, seal perforations.

Step 2In bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 tbsp butter. Stir in milk, chicken, salt and pepper. Place about 1/2 cup mix in center of each square.

Step 3Bring corners of squares together to form a purse, twisting corners to seal. Place purses on baking sheet. Melt 2 tbsp butter and brush over purses. Sprinkle heavily w/ bread crumbs. Bake 15-20 min, or until golden brown.
