Ingredients

  • 2
    boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp
    chopped green onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped onion
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, 8 ounces
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 can(s)
    refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil

How to Make Chicken Puffs

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, slowly cook & stir oil, onions, green onions, and garlic.
  3. Cube chicken breasts and add to saucepan.
  4. Cook until onions are tender and chicken is lightly browned.
  5. Blend chicken mixture, cream cheese and butter until creamy.
  6. Unroll crescent rolls and place 1 or 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture on each crescent square. Fold crescent roll around mixture to make a pouch/ball.
  7. Arrange balls on a large baking sheet and bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
