This is an easy dish that I make when traveling in our motor home. I often use a deli pre cooked chicken, too.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    stove top stuffing mix, made to package directions
  • 3 c
    chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1
    10 ounce package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    milk or chicken gravy
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried thyme leaves

How to Make Chicken Pot Pie with Stuffing Top

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 375*F
  2. Combine chicken, thyme leaves and vegetables in 2 quart casserole. Mix soup and either milk or gravy. Pour over chicken mixture. Top with pre-made stuffing.
  3. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
