This is my sister Willodean Bentley's quick chicken pot pie recipe. It's quick and easy. Hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients For chicken pot pie with biscuit mix for crust

  • 2 can
    12 oz white chicken, drained. save broth to stir back in.
  • 1 c
    chicken broth
  • 2 can
    veg-all, drained
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 c
    unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c
    biscuit mix, like pioneer
  • whole milk (explain later)

How To Make chicken pot pie with biscuit mix for crust

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • 2
    Line bottom of a 9x13 oven proof pan with drained chicken. Pour Veg-all over top of chicken. Mix broth and soup together, pour over Veg-all. Pour melted butter over this.

    Mix biscuit mix with milk until thin enough to pour over top.
