Chicken Pot Pie with biscuit mix for crust
2 can(s)12 oz white chicken, drained. save broth to stir back in.
1 cchicken broth
2 can(s)veg-all, drained
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cunsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cbiscuit mix, like pioneer
·whole milk (explain later)
How to Make Chicken Pot Pie with biscuit mix for crust
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Line bottom of a 9x13 oven proof pan with drained chicken. Pour Veg-all over top of chicken. Mix broth and soup together, pour over Veg-all. Pour melted butter over this.
- Mix biscuit mix with milk until thin enough to pour over top.
- Bake in preheated oven 45-60 minutes until top is golden brown.
