Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons cooked chicken
  • 2 tablespoons frozen vegetables (beans, corn, carrots)
  • 11/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • BISCUIT TOPPING
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 31/2 tablespoons milk

How To Make chicken pot pie in a mug

  • Step 1
    In large mug, combine, chicken, vegetables and cornstarch.Stir well.
  • Step 2
    Add stock and milk, mix well.
  • Step 3
    For Topping:

    In small bowl, mix together flour and baking powder.
  • Step 5
    Using a fork (or fingers) add butter to flour until small it looks like fine crumbs.
  • Step 6
    Stir in the milk until a batter is formed.
  • Step 7
    Place batter on top of chicken.
  • Step 8
    Microwave 2 minutes.
  • Step 9
    Enjoy!
