Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons cooked chicken
- 2 tablespoons frozen vegetables (beans, corn, carrots)
- 11/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon milk
- BISCUIT TOPPING
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 31/2 tablespoons milk
How To Make chicken pot pie in a mug

Step 1In large mug, combine, chicken, vegetables and cornstarch.Stir well.

Step 2Add stock and milk, mix well.

Step 3For Topping:

Step 4In small bowl, mix together flour and baking powder.

Step 5Using a fork (or fingers) add butter to flour until small it looks like fine crumbs.

Step 6Stir in the milk until a batter is formed.

Step 7Place batter on top of chicken.

Step 8Microwave 2 minutes.
