frozen vegetables (beans, corn, carrots)
11/2 tsp
cornstarch
3 Tbsp
chicken stock
1 Tbsp
milk

BISCUIT TOPPING

4 Tbsp
flour
1/2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 Tbsp
butter
31/2 Tbsp
milk

How to Make Chicken Pot Pie in a Mug

Step-by-Step

  • 1In large mug, combine, chicken, vegetables and cornstarch.Stir well.
  • 2Add stock and milk, mix well.
  • 3For Topping:
  • 4In small bowl, mix together flour and baking powder.
  • 5Using a fork (or fingers) add butter to flour until small it looks like fine crumbs.
  • 6Stir in the milk until a batter is formed.
  • 7Place batter on top of chicken.
  • 8Microwave 2 minutes.
  • 9Enjoy!
