This is the best Chicken pot pie ever, and I have had a lot of pot pies!! This recipe is from my good friend Toni. This is a good recipe to double and freeze one for a easy meal. Enjoy!!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 cup mixed cooked vegs (peas, corn and carrots)
- 2 - deep dish pie shell
- - salt and pepper
How To Make chicken pot pie

Step 1Melt butter in sauce pan, add flour and cook for 2 minutes. Whisk in stock and bring to a boil. Add cream, simmer for 5 minutes add salt and pepper. Add chicken and veggies. Pour into pie shell and top with other shell. Cut vents into top of crust. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
