How To Make chicken pot pie
-
Step 1Wash and cut potatos into small cubes. Bring to a boil and only cook til potatos are half way cooked, drain and set aside.
-
Step 2Cut up Chicken breasts into 1/2" cubes. Use seasoning and quick fry chicken, in large deep skillet until cooked through.
-
Step 3When chicken is cooked through, add soup, flavor boost, potatos, peas and carrots. Use soup can, and add one can of water. As soon as mixture is warmed all the way through, turn off heat.
-
Step 4Make enough pie crust for 2 9" pies or use 2 premade 9" pie crusts. Roll out crust and start putting crust into the mini pie pans. Make sure to make the top crusts for each.
-
Step 5Put filling into mini pies, then top with the top crust. Cut slits in top of crust to allow steam to escape. Spray top crust with a quick spray of Pam Cooking spray to help top crust brown.
-
Step 6Place Pot Pies onto a large baking sheet, to catch anything that bubbles out. Bake in 350* oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let rest for 5 minutes. Then serve.
