Ingredients
- 3-4 - chicken tenderloin or breast, cooked & chopped
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can potato soup or cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup half & half
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, cooked & drained
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 package refrigerated pie crust
- 1/8 cup parmesan cheese, shredded, sprinkle to taste
- - italian seasoning, sprinkle to taste
- - garlic powder, sprinkle to taste
How To Make chicken pot pie

Step 1Grease deep dish casserole with cooking spray. Line with one of pie crusts. Prick holes in crust with fork. Cook crust at temperature recommended on package til lightly browned.

Step 2Combine chicken, soups, and vegetables. Add milk if need more liquid. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.

Step 3Top with remaining pie crust. Sprinkle italian seasoning, grated or shredded parmesan cheese and garlic powder on top.

Step 4Spray with butter flavored cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 45 min - 1 hour.
