chicken tenderloin or breast, cooked & chopped
1 can(s)
cheddar cheese soup
1 can(s)
potato soup or cream of chicken soup
1 c
half & half
2 c
frozen mixed vegetables, cooked & drained
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pkg
refrigerated pie crust
1/8 c
parmesan cheese, shredded, sprinkle to taste
italian seasoning, sprinkle to taste
garlic powder, sprinkle to taste

How to Make Chicken Pot Pie


  • 1Grease deep dish casserole with cooking spray. Line with one of pie crusts. Prick holes in crust with fork. Cook crust at temperature recommended on package til lightly browned.
  • 2Combine chicken, soups, and vegetables. Add milk if need more liquid. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.
  • 3Top with remaining pie crust. Sprinkle italian seasoning, grated or shredded parmesan cheese and garlic powder on top.
  • 4Spray with butter flavored cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 45 min - 1 hour.
