Ingredients

  • 3-4 - chicken tenderloin or breast, cooked & chopped
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can potato soup or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, cooked & drained
  • - salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crust
  • 1/8 cup parmesan cheese, shredded, sprinkle to taste
  • - italian seasoning, sprinkle to taste
  • - garlic powder, sprinkle to taste

How To Make chicken pot pie

  • Step 1
    Grease deep dish casserole with cooking spray. Line with one of pie crusts. Prick holes in crust with fork. Cook crust at temperature recommended on package til lightly browned.
  • Step 2
    Combine chicken, soups, and vegetables. Add milk if need more liquid. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.
  • Step 3
    Top with remaining pie crust. Sprinkle italian seasoning, grated or shredded parmesan cheese and garlic powder on top.
  • Step 4
    Spray with butter flavored cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 45 min - 1 hour.
