Ingredients

3 cchicken breasts diced into medium squares & cooked or 3 cans.

1 1/2 smallbags frozen mixed vegetables

1 1/2 stickbutter melted
-
3/4 call purpose flour
-
1/4 cminced onion
-
1 cheavy cream
-
1 can(s)chicken broth

FIRST SET OF INGREDIENTS IS FOR THE PIE, SECOND SET INGREDIENTS FOR THE TOPPING

1 cbisquick
-
1 stickbutter melted
-
1 cmilk
How to Make Chicken Pot Pie
- Set oven to 400 degrees. Mix together: flour,1 1/2 stks melted butter, minced onion, chicken broth, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Stir in cooked chicken and mixed vegetables, pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and set aside.
- Now mix together: bisquick, milk, and 1 stick melted butter.
- Pour bisquick mixture over the top of the chicken mixture. (DO NOT STIR)
Bake in oven 45 minutes, serve hot.
