My Aunt gave me this recipe a long time ago. My husband and I both enjoy it.

1 box
rolled pie crust
2 can(s)
cream of potato soup
1 box
frozen, mixed vegetables (defrost first)
2 or 3
cooked and cubed chicken breast
1/4 c
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Chicken Pot Pie


  • 1Cook and cube chicken.
  • 2Mix together vegetables,soup,chicken and milk.
  • 3Place 1 layer of crust in a greased pie pan,pour mixture over crust, spread and then add top layer of pie crust.
  • 4Poke a few holes with fork in the top layer, cook and bake at 375 degrees for one hour.
