Ingredients
- 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package frozen peas and carrots
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
How To Make chicken pot pie

Step 1Spray baking dish well with non stick cooking spray.

Step 2Cut each chicken breast into several pieces.

Step 3Place on bottom of baking dish.

Step 4Mix soups and broth and pour over chicken.

Step 5Defrost frozen peas and carrots in microwave.

Step 6Scatter over top of chicken pieces.

Step 7Mix milk and melted butter.

Step 8Add a little bit of flour and baking powder at a time to the milk and butter. (Whisk smooth while adding.)

Step 9Pour over soup layer.

Step 10Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Step 11Crust will brown.
