Ingredients

  • 4
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup
  • 1 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 pkg
    frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 c
    self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder

How to Make Chicken Pot Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray baking dish well with non stick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each chicken breast into several pieces.
  3. Place on bottom of baking dish.
  4. Mix soups and broth and pour over chicken.
  5. Defrost frozen peas and carrots in microwave.
  6. Scatter over top of chicken pieces.
  7. Mix milk and melted butter.
  8. Add a little bit of flour and baking powder at a time to the milk and butter. (Whisk smooth while adding.)
  9. Pour over soup layer.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  11. Crust will brown.
