boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1 c
chicken broth
1 stick
butter, melted
1 c
1 pkg
frozen peas and carrots
1 c
self-rising flour
1 tsp
baking powder

How to Make Chicken Pot Pie


  • 1Spray baking dish well with non stick cooking spray.
  • 2Cut each chicken breast into several pieces.
  • 3Place on bottom of baking dish.
  • 4Mix soups and broth and pour over chicken.
  • 5Defrost frozen peas and carrots in microwave.
  • 6Scatter over top of chicken pieces.
  • 7Mix milk and melted butter.
  • 8Add a little bit of flour and baking powder at a time to the milk and butter. (Whisk smooth while adding.)
  • 9Pour over soup layer.
  • 10Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  • 11Crust will brown.
