Ingredients
- 1 can carrots
- 1 can sweet peas
- 1 can sweet corn
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons a.p. flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can crousants
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 - chicken breast
How To Make chicken pot pie

Step 1Take you 3 cans of veggies and go ahead and open them. Put your chicken broth and italian seasoning in a sauce pan big enough for you veggies to fit in. In another pan add some butter and salt and pepper your chicken and cook it on the stove covered. Once the broth is boiling add you veggies. cook them for about five mins. Then drain your broth in another sauce pan and add heavy cream and your flour and whisk until thick and salt and pepper to taste. Once you chicken is done, go ahead a place you veggies on the bottom of a baking dish. Now you can chop you chicken and layer it on top and pour the cream sauce on top of the chicken. Now you can open the crousants and place them on top and spray pam on them so they don't burn in the oven. Set your oven to 475 and bake until the breading is done. It takes about 6-8 mins.
