My son has gluten allergies so I am trying lots of recipes. This is good. I exchanged the peas in this for corn b/c I hate peas. It worked great.

Ingredients
- 2 - boneless chicken breast cooked and chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, fat-free
- 1 can carrots sliced and drained
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 can 7 oz green peas drained
- 3/4 cup water
- 4 - hash brown potatoes, frozen patties
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make chicken pot pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour in a nonstick 6x9" baking dish. Place hash brown on top. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Serve boiling hot.
