Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 can mixed vegetables (vegall)
- 2 cups cooked, diced chicken or turkey
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 - 9 inch frozen pie crusts, thawed
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten, optional
How To Make chicken pot pie

Step 1Put thawed pie crust in a 9 inch pie pan. Combine first 6 ingredients. Spoon into prepared pie crust. Cover with top crust; crimp edges to seal. Slit crust and brush with egg, if desired. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
