I make this all the time. Can use left over chicken or turkey.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 1 can mixed vegetables (vegall)
  • 2 cups cooked, diced chicken or turkey
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 - 9 inch frozen pie crusts, thawed
  • 1 - egg, slightly beaten, optional

How To Make chicken pot pie

  • Step 1
    Put thawed pie crust in a 9 inch pie pan. Combine first 6 ingredients. Spoon into prepared pie crust. Cover with top crust; crimp edges to seal. Slit crust and brush with egg, if desired. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
