Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 package pepperoni slices
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1 jar 15-oz jar pizza sauce
How To Make chicken pizza rollups

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 7 x 11" baking pan.

Step 2Place each breast half between wax paper or place them in a baggie and pound to 1/4" thickness.

Step 3Place a single layer of pepperoni slices on top of each chicken breast - try to keep 1/2" away from the edge. Sprinkle with a little black pepper and approx. 1/4 cup cheese and then sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning. Roll each chicken breast up tightly and secure with toothpicks.

Step 4Place chicken in prepared pan and pour the pizza sauce over the top. Cover the pan with foil and bake 40 - 50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Uncover and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup cheese - bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
