Then, slide on the skewers for a quick meal or entree for your next party. You don't even need a side dish when serving these. They're very filling. We love the mix of flavors in these kabobs.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 - boneless chicken breast, cut into 2" pieces
- 1 20 oz cans pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup your favorite bbq sauce (I love Sunset Gourmet's sweet & spicy brown sugar bourbon sauce)
How To Make chicken pineapple kabobs

Step 1In a shallow glass dish, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic powder.

Step 2Stir the chicken pieces and pineapple into the marinade until well coated.

Step 3Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Step 4Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate. Thread chicken and pineapple alternately onto skewers.

Step 5Grill 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.

Step 6Turn occasionally and baste with bbq sauce.
