How to Make chicken piccata
1sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. place flour in a shallow plate. coat on both sides. set aside
2melt butter in non stick skilletmed heat. add chicken to pan cook 5 minutes per side. remove chicken to platter cover and keep warm.
3add shallots to pan cook for 1 minute add wine, lemon, and capers, bring to simmer.
4return chicken to pan, spoon sauce on top. reduce heat to medium. cover and cook 5 minutes or until cooked through. add parsley before serving.
