Ingredients
- 4 - boneless breasts
- - salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 large shallot
- 1/2 - cup white wine
- 1/3 - fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
How To Make chicken piccata

Step 1sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. place flour in a shallow plate. coat on both sides. set aside

Step 2melt butter in non stick skilletmed heat. add chicken to pan cook 5 minutes per side. remove chicken to platter cover and keep warm.

Step 3add shallots to pan cook for 1 minute add wine, lemon, and capers, bring to simmer.

Step 4return chicken to pan, spoon sauce on top. reduce heat to medium. cover and cook 5 minutes or until cooked through. add parsley before serving.
