chicken picatta my way
I made this meal the first day I met my Marie. She now calls it hers. We had dozens of couple over for dinner through out the years. and Only one person said she didn't like it. And thats because I put a lot of Capers in it. And she said to salty.

Ingredients
- 2 - pieces boned chicken breasts pounded
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 6 - eggs yolks beaten you can use 4 yolks and 2 whites
- 1/4 cup capers with a little juice
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- - flour for dredging
- 1 - fresh lemon juice
How To Make chicken picatta my way

Step 1Salt and pepper the pounded chicken then dredge chicken in flour. Then dredge it in the egg yolks. In a fry pan place the butter, lemon juice and capers with the caper liquid. Bring the heat to medium. Place the chicken over the capers, cook chicken on both sides to a light brown. ENJOY
