This is an all time favorite, whenever I need to bring a dinner to a friend, this is it, never fails to impress! I use cornflake crumbs to make it gluten free, and I also used prepared pesto in a tub to make it even easier. I prefer fresh mushrooms as well.

- 1 package pesto sauce mix
- 8 - skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 4 slices provolone cheese cut in half
- 4 ounce cans sliced mushrooms
- - breadcrumbs
How To Make chicken pesto

Step 1Heat oven to 350 Spray 9x12 dish with no stick spray Prepare pesto sauce mix according to directions

Step 2Moisten chicken with water, shake off water and coat with breadcrumbs Place chicken in baking dish

Step 3Spread pesto over chicken Cover each breast with half slice of provolone Spread mushrooms on top Bake in oven 45 -50 mins
