Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 4 cups wheat flour
- 1/2 cup white flour
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 4 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
- 1 cup hot pepper cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fat free ranch
How To Make chicken & pesto pizza

Step 1Take your hot water and add in yeast, stir together well. In a large bowl add flour, knead together until a ball in formed. Put olive oil on top of dough and put a towel on top of bowl and let sit for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll dough out and place on greased pizza or cookie pan. Poke the top of dough with fork thoroughly. Place in oven and cook till brown for about 8 minutes. Add ranch, then cheese, then toppings. Cook for another 8 minutes or until cheese is evenly melted. PIZZA TIME! You deserve it!
