2 lbboneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tspyellow mustard
3 clovegarlic, minced
1 1/2 tspsalt
1 cpecans, finely chopped
How to Make Chicken Pecan Kabobs
- Soak skewers in water for one hour. Cut chicken into chunks and thread onto skewers. Lay kabobs on waxed paper.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat and add mustard, garlic and salt. Brush over chicken kabobs and roll chicken in pecan pieces.
- Grill chicken until cooked through.
