How to Make Chicken Pecan Kabobs
1Soak skewers in water for one hour. Cut chicken into chunks and thread onto skewers. Lay kabobs on waxed paper.
2In a small saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat and add mustard, garlic and salt. Brush over chicken kabobs and roll chicken in pecan pieces.
3Grill chicken until cooked through.
