I make these kabobs all year long on my trusty George Forman Grill.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup pecans, finely chopped

How To Make chicken pecan kabobs

  • Step 1
    Soak skewers in water for one hour. Cut chicken into chunks and thread onto skewers. Lay kabobs on waxed paper.
  • Step 2
    In a small saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat and add mustard, garlic and salt. Brush over chicken kabobs and roll chicken in pecan pieces.
  • Step 3
    Grill chicken until cooked through.
