Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
How To Make chicken pecan kabobs

Step 1Soak skewers in water for one hour. Cut chicken into chunks and thread onto skewers. Lay kabobs on waxed paper.

Step 2In a small saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat and add mustard, garlic and salt. Brush over chicken kabobs and roll chicken in pecan pieces.

Step 3Grill chicken until cooked through.
