- yellow mustard
- 3 clove
- garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp
- 1 c
- pecans, finely chopped
How to Make Chicken Pecan Kabobs
- 1Soak skewers in water for one hour. Cut chicken into chunks and thread onto skewers. Lay kabobs on waxed paper.
- 2In a small saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat and add mustard, garlic and salt. Brush over chicken kabobs and roll chicken in pecan pieces.
- 3Grill chicken until cooked through.
