This recipe came from an old church cookbook back in the 1960s. I have used it a lot since that time and it is a good one for a potluck, picnic, etc. since you can make it ahead. It is good cold or hot.

Ingredients
- 1 - chicken broiler/fryer cut up
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 - eggs
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
How To Make chicken parmesan

Step 1In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt, paprika and pepper.

Step 2In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs and milk.

Step 3In a third bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

Step 4Coat chicken pieces with flour mixture, dip in egg mixture, then roll in crumb mixture.

Step 5Place chicken pieces in a well greased 15x10x1" baking pan.

Step 6Bake at 400 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
