chicken parmesan meatloaf
I am always looking for meatloaf recipes to fix and invite my mother in law over to try. Meatloaf is her favorite entree! I found this one and tweaked it to my liking.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground chicken
- 2 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cans italian bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 can shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make chicken parmesan meatloaf

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, eggs, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, , garlic and Parmesan cheese. Mix with your hands.

Step 3Place into a well greased 13x9 pan and shape into a loaf. Top the meatloaf with the marinara sauce.

Step 4Bake about 55 minutes. When done remove from oven and add the mozzarella cheese on top. Return to oven until the cheese is melted. Let stand for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
