Chicken Parmesan Meatloaf

3 lbground chicken
2eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 can(s)italian bread crumbs
1 Tbspitalian seasoning
2 Tbspminced garlic
1 1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
1 cmarinara sauce
1 can(s)shredded mozzarella cheese
How to Make Chicken Parmesan Meatloaf
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, eggs, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, , garlic and Parmesan cheese. Mix with your hands.
- Place into a well greased 13x9 pan and shape into a loaf. Top the meatloaf with the marinara sauce.
- Bake about 55 minutes. When done remove from oven and add the mozzarella cheese on top. Return to oven until the cheese is melted. Let stand for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
