chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
3 c
spaghetti sauce
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 Tbsp
basil, dried or fresh chopped
5 oz
croutons, garlic
4 clove
finely chopped garlic
5 oz
parmigiano-reggiano, grated
5 oz
mozzarella cheese, grated
2 pinch
salt and pepper

How to Make Chicken Parmesan Casserole


  • 1Preheat oven at 375
  • 2Drizzle the 2 tablespoons of olive oil across a 9x13 glass casserole dish.
  • 3Sprinkle crushed garlic and basil over the bottom of dish.
  • 4Place chicken breast halves (usually 4-5) evenly throughout the dish.
  • 5Salt and pepper the chicken breasts.
  • 6Pour the spaghetti sauce over the chicken.
  • 7Evenly distribute the croutons (usually one bag. 2 if u like it with extra crust) across the chicken
  • 8Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and the mozzarella cheese on top of the croutons.
  • 9Bake for 40 minutes. Delicious!
