Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 3 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon basil, dried or fresh chopped
  • 5 ounces croutons, garlic
  • 4 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • 5 ounces parmigiano-reggiano, grated
  • 5 ounces mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 pinches salt and pepper

How To Make chicken parmesan casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven at 375
  • Step 2
    Drizzle the 2 tablespoons of olive oil across a 9x13 glass casserole dish.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle crushed garlic and basil over the bottom of dish.
  • Step 4
    Place chicken breast halves (usually 4-5) evenly throughout the dish.
  • Step 5
    Salt and pepper the chicken breasts.
  • Step 6
    Pour the spaghetti sauce over the chicken.
  • Step 7
    Evenly distribute the croutons (usually one bag. 2 if u like it with extra crust) across the chicken
  • Step 8
    Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and the mozzarella cheese on top of the croutons.
  • Step 9
    Bake for 40 minutes. Delicious!
